In December of 2006 I was fortunate enough to attend the show in Leipzig, Germany.  Which featured over 70,000 animals and of this mass there were over 40,000 pigeons exhibited. My trip was accompanied by my good friend Mike Cobb a German Trumpeter breeder from Southern California as we linked up at the airport in Frankfurt, Germany - picked up our rental, paid a little extra for a GPS guide and took off across Germany for 12 days.  Our travels took us over 2,000 kilometers, 32 lofts were visited and I shot over 3,200 photos to capture the memories of a life time.  I would like to share some photos from this trip along with captions that would provide our USC members the opportunity to travel along and meet our friends in Europe that share the same love for the "Swallows" and "Color Pigeons" as we do.  We will feature one person and or one segment per quarter.  I do hope you enjoy it!
