26 June 1997 FAX to 801.366.0315 Beth E. Kearsley Complaint Analyst Division of Consumer Rights Office of the Attorney General State of Utah 160 East 300 South Box 140872 Salt Lake City Utah 84114-0872 Re: Iomega Dear Ms. Kearsley:
Thank you for your letter of 24 June 1997; and, for the copy of iomega corporation's 6 June 1997 letter by Teota Dangel to you, regarding me.
Until I saw Teota Dangel's letter of 6 June 1997 to you, I was unaware of your Office's 2 June 1997 letter to iomega. May I have a copy of that letter, please?
I have not received anything at all from Federal Express, this month. In fairness, however, I must say that we were out of town for all of June 1997, until our return on 14 June 1997. I am not aware of any attempted redelivery.
I am somewhat surprised to have these matters reopened, Ms. Kearsley, in light of the 15 November 1996 letter that I received from your Office's Jeff Gray, a copy of which is posted on the Web at
<http://personal.riverusers.com/~s/gray.htm>
My original complaint against iomega corporation has been satisfactorily settled. However, if you will take the time to study all that is at my Web site
<http://personal.riverusers.com/~s/action.htm>
and related pages, you will find that there are many other outstanding complaints against iomega corporation, which I have adopted as my own, ongoing complaints. It is impractical for me to summarize that Web site here, but please consider it to be an ongoing, continuously-amended complaint to your Office.
In addition, please see the related Web sites referenced at
<http://personal.riverusers.com/~s/related.htm>
in order to obtain a still wider perspective of the many problems that continue to dog too many customers of iomega corporation. Please consider all of these materials when you " ... evaluate [my] complaint based on all the information [you] have gathered."
Thank you very much for your continuing attention to these matters. I would be delighted chat with you by phone, if you would like to call me at 520.297.0448.
Sincerely, Stephen A. Langford 9140 N. Shadow Mt. Dr. Oro Valley, Greater TUCSON Arizona AZ 85737 U.S.A.

Perhaps the comment I need to make most often, when I read letters from people complaining about Iomega, is that it does no good for us to complain to each other. Please write to those in positions of authority, about such matters.
