Re: Complaint from Stephen A. Langford

Dear Ms. Kearsley:

Thank you for the copy of your 9 October 1996 letter on my behalf to Iomega Corporation.

This is to advise you that a fuller history of the complaint is to be found at my

http://personal.riverusers.com/~s/action.htm

site on the World Wide Web.

In addition, please see the related Web site at

	http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/surak1/iomegag.htm

I have further been advised that there are other sites on the Web related to problems
with Iomega Corporation. Unhappily, my computer is having some major problems (not related to
problems with service from Iomega) at the moment, and I am not currently able to use the Internet
to explore related complaints. I shall later inform you of any related things I find, when
possible, however.

Thank you very much for your attention to these matters.

                                                      Sincerely,

                                                          -- Stephen A. Langford -
