Iomega, Class Act or Class Action?: A Continuing Study Into How Iomega Treats Its Customers

I am deeply indebted to Dr. Rob Jones for both his helpful and collegial attitude and his prior work.
I am just as grateful for the prior efforts by Sean McGuire.
Both May Ellam and Jean Stillwell have provided continuing encouragement and guidance.
I am also duly grateful for the prior work by David Kirk, whose Moan and Groan page remains an inspiration.
During January 1997, Telma Marroig of Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, has become a very helpful colleague, offering advice regarding Web-page designs and helping with the design of images. For instance, the "Boycott iomega" image is hers. I look forward to many years of friendship with Telma.
Finally (though I am sure others will be added to this list as time permits), I am grateful to [Anonymous] who is many different people whose contributions have been remarkable in one way or another, even though their names have been withheld, for various reasons.

Without Iomega Corporation having produced its remarkably lovable Zip drive, while at the same time being so stupid as to shoot itself in the foot regarding user support, this Web site would have had no reason for being.
I do not know the original source of every graphic used in this work! As I am told is commonly done on the Web, I have lifted various illustrations from various sites. However, if I have stepped on anybody's toes by using anything at all that is truly proprietary, please let me know!
I do own a copy of InContext
