Vicki’s family is extremely close.  It is routine for four generations of extended family to gather together. Vicki was raised by her mother and adoptive father.  She has two stepsisters and one stepbrother, a half-brother and half-sister, one niece and three nephews.  Vicki’s generation are all ready to start families of their own, so we anticipate lots of playmates for our child.  Vicki’s parents have decided to spend winters in the Northwest, so our baby will grow up with grandma and grandpa nearby.  Vicki’s mom is looking forward to decorating the nursery and sewing baby clothes for her first grandchild.  Vicki’s dad can’t wait to teach our child to read and to swing a hammer.
