TRANSPORTED SEMEN CONTRACT

Breeding Fee: $1,000.00 Airport Delivery: $ 50.00 (if required)

Equitainer Deposit: $ 250.00 Fed X/Airline Fee: $ 75.00 (each time)

Collection Fee: $ 175.00 (each time) Fed Ex fees are approx. Contractee will be charged the actual rate for shipment, no more no less.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Mare Owner will complete and return this form, the enclosed Breeding Contract, a health certificate from a licensed D.V.M. obtained within 2 weeks of the planned breeding date, a copy of the Mare's registration papers and a check for all the fees. All documentation and fees must be received prior to shipment.
The Dusty A Ranch needs at least 24 hours notice prior to shipment. It is suggested the Mare owner call the Ranch on the first day of the Mare's cycle to alleviate any possible delays. All shipments will be made on a first request basis.
The Mare Owner will return the Equitainer within 48 hours of receipt. A late fee of $25.00 per day will be assessed after this time and deducted from the deposit. The deposit will be refunded when the Mare is confirmed in foal by a licensed D.V.M. or it is determined the mare will not be rebred for the remainder of the season.
A uterine culture and cytology by a licensed D.V.M. will be required if the Mare is not in foal after two cycles. The Mare Owner will be responsible for the examination and related fees. The Mare Owner will provide the results to B.K. Simpson D.V.M.
Signature below acknowledges you have read and agree to all conditions and the fees. All applicable terms and conditions of the Breeding Contract will be honored unless modified by the conditions stated on this document. The laws of the state of Arizona shall govern this agreement and any suit to enforce or interpret the terms of this contract shall, at the Dusty A Ranch's option, be settled in Maricopa County, Arizona.
