Louis died in Bisbee, Arizona and was sent to Fredericksburg, Texas for burial. His wife Dora returned to Arizona and lived with family until she died in 1950. Dora is buried in the McNeal Cemetery in McNeal, Arizona. Her tombstone was placed here to once again reunite husband and wife one last time.
