You just have to believe me when I tell you this looks just wonderful on...I wrote an article in the October 1997 issue about the history of this particular way of constructing a necklace, with bars of hardened wire, whether it be gold or silver...the beads used were generally crystal, though I've done this in pearls also.. delicious! There is a matching bar pin here and a pair of earrings... very unusual and perfect with a little black dress...The necklace is 19 1/2 inches long.. the earrings are 20mm long and the bar pin is 48mm long
